MANIFESTO

My Graphic Design Manifesto, written and designed around my 10 principles for Design.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT:
To begin this journey, I first started by researching what a manifesto even was. Then, I began to look at design studios I would enjoy, align myself with, and draw inspiration from to study their manifestos and any principles they presented. I also utilized meditative techniques, self reflection, and thinking about a 5 - 10 year plan for my future. These practices and this research allowed me to write 10 truly personal principles I want to follow in my career as a designer.

DESIGN CHOICES:
In this project I explore photography, typography, and bookmaking combining colorful paper with exploratory typographic design. I wrote out 10 principles as a designer I follow as my foundation, and then turned them into a written manual with guidelines for prospective employers or business partners for how I work. The manifesto highlights personal things like my work-life preferences, how I communicate, and the ways I work best.
