FREELANCE
STUDIO WORK
JOB DESCRIPTION:
At Sundberg-Ferar, I was hired on as the Marketing & Business Research and Development intern. My responsibilities included documenting events through photography and videography, organizing files in the cloud system, designing white papers, creating iconography for the website, writing blog posts for newsletters and the website, and researching new leads for client outreach. At Hudson Collective, I gained hands-on experience in creative project management, overseeing task development and distribution, organizing assets and events, and assisting in all stages of projects, from copywriting and design to final print production.
EVOLUTION:
My internship at Sundberg-Ferar evolved into a contract position, where I managed social media, published blog posts, helped lead CoPilot workshops, and developed marketing campaigns. At Hudson Collective, I expanded my role by taking on more responsibility for the end-to-end management of creative projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to execution, while balancing both creative and logistical demands.
WHAT I’VE LEARNED:
I’ve developed a strong foundation in both marketing and project management. At Sundberg-Ferar, I learned how to conceive, develop, and execute marketing campaigns while tracking and analyzing their results to inform future strategies. At Hudson Collective, I honed my skills in creative task management, learning to coordinate resources, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of design execution across multiple stages of a project.
